Leaving this for now as Onionoo doesn't currently support ordering by anything other than consensus_weight. Submitted a ticket: https://bugs.torproject.org/21095

Add sorting functionality. Primarily so we can order by the newest relays but also if Onionoo exposes more order options in the future we can easily support them here.
