Lasting Light Photography pre-launch splash page. This is a placeholder page until I've developed my branding and visual identity, at which point, I will probably move to a hosted web platform for photographers, such as PhotoShelter or Sqaurespace.

One option for the lightboxed Contact Us form may be to embed a Google Form like the following:
