🛡️ Sentinel: Fix build by removing undefined log usage #170

Removes an undefined `log.Printf` call in `http.go`. This fixes the build and aligns with the project's mandate to use `log/slog` for structured logging. The removed line was redundant as `slog.Info` is already logging the same request details. Also updates `.jules/sentinel.md` with the journal entry.
