Test plan

  • Verify git status works without Touch ID prompts
  • Confirm shell initialization is faster

fix: disable git autofetch to prevent Touch ID prompts
80f7e7e 
VSCode's automatic git fetch was triggering 1Password SSH key
authentication every few minutes. Disabling autofetch while keeping
autorefresh maintains UI responsiveness without the periodic prompts.
