Dependencies:

 - GLEW
 - Python 2.7 and python imaging library (PIL)

Supported operating systems:
 - Linux
 - Windows(r)
 - OSX and *bsd ports should be a trivial matter

Building:
 $ ./configure && make

Data:
 $ ./mkdata.sh
