Python 3.8 support has to be dropped because Poetry 2.x no longer supports it. Fortunately it's EOL so it's the user's responsibility to upgrade should anyone get affected. |

maybe drop poetry and use uv? |
this will also speed up CI and clean a little bit it up |

CI should hopefully get fixed as well.
