Consider renaming 'Mutation search' to 'Genotype search' #6162
Description
The current naming of 'Mutation search' can at first glance be a bit confusing, as it also includes matching on non-mutations.
E.g. searching for 'mutation' 1C against the reference NC_002549.1 (where this reference actually has a C at position 1):
but then looking at mutations, 1C does not appear:
This is all normal behaviour of course, but when I was first trying out the search it left me a bit confused. So perhaps renaming this to 'Genotype search' (or some other naming), or having more explicit documentation for this, would make it clearer!
