Integration tests are flaky

I am seeing the file sharing and bulk revision tests failing often failing again due to flake this is very tedious to have to constantly retry:

This issue may be related to existing issues tracking flaky integration tests:

• Unflake integration tests #5118 - "Unflake integration tests" (epic tracking this overall problem)
• Flaky network errors in chrome integration tests: net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE, net::ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED #5425 - "Flaky network errors in chrome integration tests"

Additionally, the exact test mentioned (revise-sequence.spec.ts › Bulk sequence revision › can revise multiple sequences via file upload) was previously reported in #5523 (closed), suggesting this is a recurring flake. It may be worth investigating if the fix applied there has regressed.
