 Developed recommendation systems for an eCommerce retailer to improve conversion rates and units per transaction:

• Conducted exploratory data analysis on 285 million customer session events to identify meaningful insights and design recommendations accordingly,
• Implemented a memory-based recommender system using content and collaborative filtering techniques with cosine similarity,
• Analysed past user sessions to understand customer behavior and used this information to recommend complementary products.
