README file for airframe/textpresso

When installing to a new machine/location file locations must be changed in:
perl_modules/TextpressoDatabaseGlobals.pm
perl_modules/TextpressoDisplayGlobals.pm
perl_modules/TextpressoSystemGlobals.pm
cgi-bin/TextpressoLibrary.pm
htdocs/textpresso.html (homepage file)
data/astrobiology/Procedures/ProcessSourceFiles.pl

The symlinks in /htdocs/tdb/astrobiology have to be set to point correctly

htdocs/temp directory needs to be made if it doesn't exist
