…IsAlive check. Right after closing the _gatewayUdpClient, a check is performed to see if _gatewayReceiveThread IsAlive, which might throw a NullReferenceException. I've added a catch statement that ignores that exception.

This pr adds some missing thread terminations (makes #10 obsolete) which allows the IFS program to terminate and also adds a ObjectDisposedException catch statement to the GatewayReceiveThread in case the UDF Client is disposed of.
