@tinevez Could you check whether this still works with TrackMate/Mastodon? |
The TrackMate exporter still needs to access the low level mathods of this utility to get the chunk size of a file, and to write the feature values.

Replace jzarr usage with n5-zarr.
And a few clean-ups.
