Hello @jkokosar @spatulatr0n @linlabbcm @charlesylin are there any updates on this? It will be extremely helpful to have Python 3-compatible ROSE as our HPC will not be supporting Python 2 in the future. Thank you

@chlazaris, we're not currently working on this repo. We did however rewrite ROSE2 to python3 in one of our lab's repos: https://github.com/linlabcode/pipeline-tools. In addition to ROSE2 it also contains other tools. It can be installed by either cloning the repo and running pip -e </path/to/repo> or straight from there with pip install git+https://github.com/linlabcode/pipeline-tools.git. Once pipeline-tools are installed, ROSE2 can be run as a command line tool (ROSE2 ). If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me at jost.koren@bcm.edu.
