this PR is not needed as it is reverting to an old version of sonatype URL

Turns out this is the new URL, at least for the staging. Without this change, the publish steps fails with:

* What went wrong:
Execution failed for task ':initializeSonatypeStagingRepository'.
> Failed to load staging profiles, server at https://s01.oss.sonatype.org/service/local/ responded with status code 401
