I'll keep working on this PR to address some of the other issues marked as 1.0.1

@azaroth42 Provenance Activities is ready for review. I still have concerns about actors/agents, will report my findings on #747

Thanks Bruno! We should make a 1.0.1 branch and merge PRs like this into it. It will also need a change log of things which have been tweaked since 1.0
