Rebased and cleaned. This PR will need cozy-clisk up to date before merge. (And getting a green build/checks) I still need to add 3 @ts-ignore, on some external calls. |

This PR will allow selective download of files in konnectors.
Before files are download on device, launcher evaluate if the file is already present on the cozy.
This PR will need a new cozy clisk lib
