Instead we follow CKAN's lead and use dominate.
This function moved into the new ckanext-subscribe within CKAN core. We can import it from there.
…was part of the old Pylons architecture. Add perma to the map
The response to GETting a POST-only route in Flask is a 404.
These tests seem to have been wrong before - users GET this url, they don't POST to it, and including the params in the requests is a sign that we mean to use GET here.
This reverts commit ee7a165.
