OAR - Opioid Addition Resources
Project is a PostgreSQL geospatial enabled database to be used as a back in to a web site or app to help friends, family and addicts find reousces close to them based either on a lat and lon or a street address. Project utilize geospatial functions to search db for resources within a given radius
