I was wrong - can't use SwiftPM in Obj-C projects
Without CocoaPods it's not needed

Similar to the one I did to the patch-e fork, but to the main repository.
Also migrated away from CocoaPods in favor of manual integration for now (CocoaPods and Catalyst are... complicated) and migrated UIWebView to WKWebView.
I believe I was able to keep from stepping on any developer team or bundle identifiers.
With the new Universal Purchase support across macOS and iOS, this could probably be put on the Mac App Store unified with the iOS version.
