Rename

This is done in order to better adhere to the Rust naming conventions, specifically:
While I am at it, I also want to use this opportunity to move away from the
phonemizername, since it is not a unique name for this project, but a very general term. Also, I think it is a bit too "grand" for what this project currently does.New name:
I have chosen to rename this project to
phonemoro, since it is asphonem-izer originally built for use with Kok-oro.
