use the same function to start the threads pin the threads to their ids move thread timer to only time moves
each call to move_perf runs 1 set of moves this allows for multiple runs of the same move to be timed and averaged this allows for more NUMA nodes to be benchmarked since jemalloc arenas are no longer tied to the number of NUMA nodes

status does not change if the page is already on the correct NUMA node, so initializing to -1 will error changed prints to print to stderr
