According to the [specs](https://github.com/langchain-ai/langchainjs/blob/cc502e1b67dbadcd123a7ea2964c791c2bbad581/libs/langchain/src/agents/middleware/hitl.ts#L130) the property has been renamed to `args` in JS instead of `arguments` (python).

Overview
According to the specs the property's name is
argsand notarguments.Updated: also updating broken link:
supervisor_complete.ts=>supervisor.tsType of change
Type: Fix typo and broken link.
Note: I have not checked the python code, but I believe that the same fix should apply according to the spec there as well, so I've included it in this PR.
