I found a less invasive change set that doesn't require touching the app code. Rob can you verify whether this works for you too? Here are just the few dependency specs I changed. I also removed the - python
- sqlalchemy<2
- opencv=4.5.3 |

I've updated package versions in
requirements.ymlto use conda packages available to M2 macs. Because of an update toflask-sqlalchemyit also required a one-line change tominerva_analysis/server/models/database_model.py.
