If you want to customize the sound that is played when a Live Activity is alerting, the
soundproperty has to be part ofAPNSAlertNotificationContentinstead ofAPNSLiveActivityNotification(see the example payload in the Starting and updating Live Activities with ActivityKit push notifications)
