This command line formatter converts verbose merp output to tab-separated text or YAML

Installation into a conda environment

# conda install -c kutaslab merp2tbl  # !! NO unsatisfiable 08/06/21
conda install -c conda-forge -c defaults -c kutaslab merp2tbl

Example

$ merp2table myfile.mcf >> myfile.dat
