`case` and `default` code blocks within `switch` blocks are now properly formatted. Single-line bodies for `if`, `else`, `while`, and `for` statements are now properly formatted.

I needed better formatting for JS inside script tags, so I decided to take a crack at implementing a simple JS tokenizer. There might be some edge cases it doesn't cover yet, but it's been working well for me so far.
