v0.7.3

This release provides pre-built binaries for the v0.7.3 version of the dsh-cli tool.

There are two binaries available

• dsh - binary with the manage feature disabled. This binary is suitable for most users.
• dsh-manage - binary with the manage feature enabled. Use this version only if you are authorised
  for the manage capabilities (creating managed tenants and streams).

Both versions are built for two architectures, aarch64-apple-darwin and unknown-linux.
