SkillTreeRebuild v0.1.0
Updated Abilifier to use Effect Data Extensions. Abilities can now be made to affect weapons/pilots/mechs based on tags in their definition files.
Redesigned most skill trees to give primary abilities on levels 2-8, with extra passives unlocking at level 10. Guts retains abilities at level 10, but they may not be attainable.
New icons have been made, but are still non-functional.
