Display header/footer marginals both in the reading view and the live preview mode.
There still seems to be a bug related to the link hover preview I couldn't yet get to the bottom of:
When you have a note that contains only frontmatter but no body content, and hover over a link to that note, then the hover preview only displays the footer marginal but not the header marginal.
