test(HRIS): add test suite for "create employee" flow

See kombohq/python-sdk#19 over on the Python SDK repo - there this, is currently failing due a problem in Speakeasy Python SDK generator

The ported test suite is succeeding over here, so that seems to be a Python-only issue

Note

Add HRIS employee form flow test suite and a test task to run it.

• Tests:
  • Add tests/employee-form-flow.spec.ts covering HRIS employee form flow:
    • Mocks GET /v1/hris/employees/form and validates returned form schema fields.
    • Mocks POST /v1/hris/employees/form and validates success response and request body serialization (inline snapshot).
• Tooling:
  • Add tasks."test" in mise.toml to run npm test.
