• ability to limit CPU time (in seconds) for phantom process with softlimit $client()->setCPUTimeLimit(N)
• sometimes phantom dumps js errors into stdout effectively breaking any actual json output. Now procedures can wrap actual json output with $request's constant CONTENT_MARKER. The content is automaticly extracted when the markers are detected
