… site URL needs to be set in the `blog.py` file so the feed contains the full final URLs of the posts.

One of the commit is unrelated, just getting rid of some warnings. Let me know if you prefer a cleaner pull request.
One thing I don't like is that one has to set the root site URL in the
blog.pyfile. I am not sure if there is a better way to do it in the templates or config?
