issue : #1, To make the application separated into client vs server side programming. ---> increasing maintainability, UI and manageability.
This PR is moving all front-end coding to the
weather-spa-ui/folder. For now, it is using a same CSS style as the previous version, but will be updated to new responsive design.Also, migration is not done yet, it will be continued once the issue #3 is solved. For that reason, this PR will be pending for a moment.
