ranger

Ranger is a terminal file explorer. Those familiar with vim-like control will be happy. The ranger is used mostly with default settings in this setup.

Misc

ctrl n opens new tab
shift j/k moves between the tabs
:bulkrename is handy for batch renaming using vim
