Making custom intents, using nothing but 1 abstract class, @SpireEnum and 4 Prefix patches.
It's currently a separate mod, but I thought it is general enough to incorporate into StSLib (and less dependancies floating around is good).

For this fork, I changed the RazIntent.addIntent(...) to CustomIntent.add(...) with the same parameters.
