add support for iWantTFC

I added support for the player on iwanttfc.com
Tested with Chrome using the show "Bini"

Can you make this available to the page-specific settings as well? Missing some changes to the PageSettings type and favicon. Here is a sample commit where this is done: 035a70d

I had the page settings changes implemented but it appears they didn't get committed until now.
I added the favicon as well, which I forgot about.
And it looks like Bini is now a paid show, so I'm testing with Kuan on One
