Hi there, I'm Chiara

I am a software engineer with hands-on experience building and maintaining production systems in a fintech environment, working primarily on backend services with experience across the full stack. I’ve delivered customer-facing features and compliance-critical systems using event-driven architectures, Kafka, AWS, and cloud-native infrastructure. I enjoy breaking down complex problems, collaborating closely with product, design, and operations, and writing clear, maintainable, well-tested code. With a background in design, I bring a user-centred approach to engineering, and outside of work I actively contribute to the tech community as a Codebar organiser, helping create inclusive and supportive learning spaces.
