Scripts

The app/scripts folder is used to house miscellaneous scripts. At the time of writing this, the only script in that folder is one used to wipe and then populate the "School" table in the database. I expect more scripts will join this folder as they are necessary.

These scripts are not needed for the actual application to run, and as such do not need to be copied over by gulp during the build process
