Make necessary changes to build Keyman using Xcode 26.2: updated cocoa-sentry version
Carthage is deprecated for use with Sentry version 9, and it is recommended to move to Swift Package Manager:

For now we will upgrade to Sentry 8.58 and continue to use Carthage
