Function

• searching for weather of the place you key in
• set the time and location you live in then you will get the notify of weather

Usage

• /start for start the bot in Telegram
• key in the Administrative district you can know the weather of the Administrative district you key in
• if you didn't key in the complete name of the Administrative district the bot will give you the hint to you to choose the correct place you want to search for
• use /set and /notify the set the Administrative district and time you want to get the notification of
