- Add 'from' and 'to' query parameters to /plannings/:fullId
- Implement range validation (max 2 years)
- Support range filtering in ICS fetch via templates and local filtering
- Ensure range requests don't trigger background refreshes or backup writes
- Add comprehensive tests for range filtering logic
