Change README to reference docs from subdomain to subdirectory

TL;DR

Moved docs from the docs. subdomain to a /docs subdirectory.

Why we made these changes

This improves SEO and creates a more unified user experience between the main site and the documentation.

What changed?

  • README.md: Updated the documentation link from docs.onkernel.com to onkernel.com/docs.

Medium Logic

The URL change from subdomain to subdirectory looks correct, but please verify that onkernel.com/docs actually resolves and serves the documentation content. Consider testing this link before merging to ensure it doesn't create a broken link for users.
