- Implement Tools page with interactive calculators:
- MOD (Maximum Operating Depth) capped at 60m.
- Best Gas Mix with optional Trimix support (O2/He/N2) and EAD target slider.
- SAC Rate (Surface Air Consumption) calculator.
- Gas Planning (Rule of Thirds) with configurable tank pressure and safety warnings.
- Add navigation links for Tools in Navbar.
- Support extended tank sizes and pressures (AL80, D7, etc.).
