Client MIS & Reporting Automation

Problem Statement

Manual client MIS reporting was time-consuming and prone to errors.

Solution

Built an automated reporting solution using SQL Server and Excel.

Approach

Loaded raw client operational data into SQL Server
Created standardized SQL views for SLA and performance metrics
Connected Excel dashboards directly to SQL views for refresh-based reporting
