This would need to be changed to a custom docs repo, however I thought that a submodule would mean that the docs could be separated out meaning that they are easier to contribute to.

A bit of this has formatting issues, along with a lot of things being hardcoded instead of the jekyll config. Also, I'd prefer to have this in a separate repo running on a separate domain (docs.kamiblue.org). I'll do more specific cleaning up when I get around to it

This is my first time properly using most things in this pull, so much is probably wrong with it.
Also I don't know whether it will work with github pages or not.
There needs to be lots of work done on it and the docs actually be made.
