docs: Fix simple typo, fnctl -> fcntl

There is a small typo in dist/sql-asm-debug.js, dist/sql-wasm-debug.js, dist/worker.sql-asm-debug.js, dist/worker.sql-wasm-debug.js.

Should read fcntl rather than fnctl.
