Replace Iron with Rocket

Simplifies the API code a lot, but requires rust nightly.

TODO:

• Fix status codes (see TODOs in code)
• Find a way to make Rocket allow GET requests with body
• The Python Elasticsearch client doesn't send a Content-Type header which causes Rocket to return 404s for views that expect a JSON body
