Introduce
CI Validation, a workflow that now covers push/main, pull requests, and manual dispatch; it runs once per change and ensures the package installs and builds cleanly across Python 3.10‑3.14 while we still design tests. The workflow also keeps pytest ready-to-enable for when real suites exist, so future PRs have automated verification before merging.
