What's new:

• SQL scripts now can create users, but permissions are not set properly. (Still recommend configuring the database manually but copying and pasting script segments will speed up an otherwise manual process.)
• Error handler more thoroughly integrated and more meaningful error messages
• Adds a reset of mysql.service after my.cnf is updated
