Trying to use your project to send SIA messages to a Sia server ( https://github.com/schmupu/ioBroker.sia )
With a Telenot ComXline 1516 IP I can send Sia Contact ID Messegas easily to this server. Everything will be acknowledge.
But with your testdialler.py I got an error "Invalid time string...."
In raw answer messages I saw, that there is a "return" at the end of the answer. So I changed this lines to delete this.
Anyhow I couldn't get it fully to work at all yet.
Now I get a "Answer too short" in second Intervall. Need to debug any further
